Dr. Val Harding
Registered Doctoral Psychologist
Val is a Docotoral Psychologist registered in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Val holds an advanced Practice Endorsement (APE), allowing her to assess and diagnose clinical disorders. Val provides individual, couples, and family counselling.
Val is an approved service provider for WCB, RCMP and Veteran's Affairs.
At this time Val is not accepting new patients.
Cindy Bote, M.C.
Registered Psychologist
Cindy is a Registered Psychologist in good standing practice with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Cindy holds an Advanced Practice Endorsement (APE), allowing her to assess and diagnose clinical disorders. Cindy provides individual counselling to adults (18 years and older).
Cindy offers assessment services for Anxiety, Depression, PSTD, Borderline Personality, Bipolar Disorder, and other personality disorders.

Stacey Jedlinski, M.A.
Registered Psychologist
Stacey is a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. She trained in South Africa but has made Canada her home. Stacey provides short term and long term therapy to adults in Moose Jaw, Regina, and surrounding area. Stacey uses a variety of evidence based therapy approaches many rooted in emotional insights and relational well-being.
In particular, Sandtray Therapy is her passion and a great tool for healing inner world and outer awareness.
Stacey also uses a variety of therapy approaches, these can include Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Jessica Murphy, B.A., MSW, RSW

Jessica has been a Social Worker since 2003 and has worked in mental health her entire career. She works with adolescents (12 years +), teens, adults, and families.
Jessica’s counselling approach depends on the clients and their needs. Jessica uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based, Trauma Informed, and Narrative Therapy.

Cal Nugent, MSW, RSW, CCAC
Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Cal is a Registered Social Worker, Certified Canadian Addictions Counsellor and PsyD candidate with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Cal's primary theoretical models are cognitive behavioural, post modern, humanistic and critical theory.

Jan Patrick, RN, BScN, MACP
Canadian Certified Counsellor
Jan is a Clinical Counsellor dedicated to providing a confidential, respectful and supportive environment for exploring and working through a broad range of personal concerns and challenges. She provides short and long term therapy to adult individuals (16 and older). She also provides couple and/or family counselling as an adjunct to individual therapy.
Appointments are by telephone or online only.
Kristy Moriarty, M.C.
Registered Psychologist, Provisional
Kristy's practice focuses on providing counselling to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum anxiety, substance use, and trauma. She leads with empathy while using a person-centered, evidence-based approach to support individuals in learning how to cope.
In session she will help you examine your thought patterns and how they are impacting you. Kristy will help you learn to challenge your thoughts, implement new behaviours, and regulate your emotions to help you reach your goals.

May's approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a direct yet non-judgmental attitude, fostering an environment of emotional safety and personal growth. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, she offers insightful, responsive, and skilled support, tailoring methods to each client's unique needs. She aims to equip clients with the necessary skills and knowledge to spark positive transformations, translating these changes into their everyday lives and experiences, fostering lasting improvements in their overall well-being.
May uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems therapy, and mindfulness, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. She uses the Gottman method for relationship concerns.
